I really love those old pin up artists work. That must have been a fun time to be an artist.
I was inspired to draw this while listening to an interview of Judy Garland....

This was the first version of the opening to my new demoreel. I'm using characters from comics I love and giving them screen credit. It'll be fun I think.
Here's a animatic clip of a scene I'm planning to use in my new demoreel. Stay tuned for more on this.

My colleague Dave Creek put this one in my head today. A flapper gal from the 1920's. I think this is how they looked?
These are a couple of characters I just made up called Mickey and Fido.
I don't know why some artists hate doing over the shoulder shots on a storyboard. They seem perfectly natural to me!
This gal has a frilly skirt on. I like the shoulders and thigh cuts. Very feminine!

What you'd like to see in the morning when you wake up. ( hopefully your wife, if you got one) I don't know what she's doing with her hands......
Here some more girls. Happy Friday!

Amazing what you can do in Storyboard Pro! I did this today at work during a break. Normally this could have taken all week just to draw and paint, much less shoot and do camera moves! What a wonderful modern age we live in.

A happy little pup I animated during an animation class I do on the weekends. Done in Toon Boom Studio.

I think I'm gonna start a blog that's just portfolio artwork, like a second website.
Now there's a happy girl! Always nice to see!
Crouching nudes are uncomfortable I'd imagine.
Happy Tuesday, have a great day everybody!
Fun little boy I created at work.

Here's a short clip I did in Storyboard Pro using the transform tools. It allows you to create an animated effect that can be used for different things. Here I used it make a multi-layered pan.

Howdy folks! Here's a continuity on my first episode of CODE NINE. It's incomplete( just a few scenes cut together. Happy Wednesday!

I love to sketch in a digital format......
He doesn't quite look like Roger Rabbit, does he?
Who says animators can't do comic art? Well,.....maybe not right now......
I just recently started making drawings of dragons and girls together for fun. Wouldn't it be fun to have a dragon as a pet?
Here's a fun drawing of a modestly endowed lass. She probably has back problems......

Here's great news! Toon Boom's Storyboard Pro will now allow you time your panels at 1/24 of a second! So you can animate in Storyboard Pro! Here's a sample!
Here's another scene from my first episode of CODE NINE. It'll be at least another month before I'm done with the first episode, so watch for updates.
